Explore Yoga off the mat. Put on your good walking shoes & immerse yourself in mindful meditation within nature. Spending time outside has healing and restorative power, and through this workshop we will free the mind and engage the senses in the natural world. We will begin at an accessible & local trailhead (directions will be sent in an email) . This will include yoga, meditation, hiking and so much more.
*Bring your yoga mat, water, snack, journal, and a pen.
