Join us for a a yummy restorative yoga practice. We will take time opening our hearts to relax the mind and body. Self-care and self-love play a huge role in living a healthy, balanced, and fulfilled life. We celebrate Valentines day by spending a little time taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves and being grateful for ourselves.  We will end the remaining 10 min with a guided meditation.
