60 minutes

Join us via zoom for a bootcamp style class. Wear tennis shoes and workout gear to move your
body. You will need a workout mat (yoga mat) 3lb, 5lb Dumb bells or higher depending on your strength. We also uses stability balls and exercise bands.

We incorporate cardio, strength, core and flexibility into each session. You work from where YOU are in your body. Modifications are always offered. FYI
