Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. The poses are held between 5-8 minutes to help release tension and  stress. The poses are mostly floor poses that mainly work the hips, pelvis, hamstrings and shoulders. The last portion will include a guided meditation to help quiet the mind and leave you feeling refreshed for your weekend.
