As we move into fall, this time of year in Ayurveda (the sister science to yoga) is considered Vata season and can challenge our ability to be still and feel grounded.
We will discuss the 3 doshas - Vata, Pita, and Kapha- and pay special attention to the Vata dosha through a gentle, grounding practice and discussion to follow. We will learn ways to balance the airy dosha through practice, food, and simple lifestyle changes.
